Anyone think Gears 2 multiplayer sucks

i think that Gears of War 2 multi-player sucks, because everyone uses a shotgun. theres like no point in putting the other guns in the multiplayer of no one really uses them. The only thing i like about Gears online is the Horde, but thats it.
Anyone Agree or Disagree????

I'm not a big fan of the game in general. The first one was pretty novel, but the second one to me was barely passable as a sequel.

I couldn't tell. When I tried to play it when it came out the lag was so bad that I couldn't complain about any weapons.

agreed, between everyone run-n-*** with a shotty, the lag, the host advantage, the cheaters. It is very unplayable.

It does suck because they don't use server based matchmaking so it is based on host ass connections which screw with other players playability and makes it laggy.

the multiplayer does have it fucking shitty downsides but who doesn't like shooting someones head off or mowing there asses down with the shotgun

Horde mode was fun for a little while.

never cared for the other multiplayer modes.

i much rather first person shooters over 3rd person when playing multiplayer.

i really enjoyed the single player campaign.

if it were played through servers like halo is it would not be so bad because then the laggers would lag on their own and not screw everyone else over and also to cheaters just quit f***ing playing if ur not good enough to do it without cheating/glitching.

:1orglaugh I never got people who cheat or turn off games when they're losing online. I mean do they think cause they kick ass at Modern Warfare 2 that they'll get all the chicks or impress people? No one gives a **** what your ranking is except for maybe other fucktards who do the same ****.

its a pretty sweet game online...i think it gets really old tho, partly due to (imo) really bad multiplayer maps...

i get gears 2 tomorrow ( perhaps ) or 007 game for 360 .

i get it perhaps for the co-op . i heard the co-op is good but the versus of gears2 sucks.
