If a title and reputation are more important to him than a life which he helped create, regardless of his intentions, then he doesn't deserve the attention associated with being a public figure. That's not what I understood from his scenario. What I understood is that the guy wanted her to have an abortion because having a ***** with her as part of an extramarital affair would bring unwanted negative attention to him, and would jeopardize his status as team captain.

They're two adults. It sounds like both of them came to an agreement on how to handle the situation. What's the problem? You can't ***** a woman to have the procedure. Clearly, she consented to it. I doubt the hospital performs *********** abortions. They aren't going to win any awards for humanitarians of the year, but it's their decision on what they do with the *****. Who are we to judge? They were probably unfit to be parents in the first place. Next time use protection.
