All I read was an unsubstantiated one-paragraph blurb with no link to a source, and the LA Times article didn't mention names.

I doubt the names of porn stars who got infected would be publicized unless they each made a public annoncement themselves to talk about getting infected. Doctors wouldn't leak names becoz they have an obligation to protect the patient's confendentiality or else they could possibly get sued for leaking personal and private medical information. As far as this story goes, there's only one male porn star that I'm aware of who publicly spoke about getting HIV:
