From what I can tell this isn't actually a "list". What it is are some of the people who made the list of the 100 Greatest Living Guitarists choices of their favourite guitarist.

I may be wrong, but that's what it looks like to me.

gotta wonder about this list and that 100 guitarists each had a Unique pick. They were probably asked to pick five and then the list was whittled down to make it look like each guitarist selected an individual. It's cool, thanks for posting.

My favorite guitarist of all time would be a small monkey I once saw at a resort in Poland. He wore a glitzy suit like a ringmaster and had a tiny ukulele which he strummed occasionally. That was so irresistibly cute that I would call this little monkey my all-time favorite guitarist ever.
