Yes - I have two. An eagle with a Texas flag on my chest. I like eagles (patriotic) and I'm a Native Texan. I have a car-related tat on my upper arm.
Obviously, tattoos are a personal thing. When I decided to get one, I wanted it to be something that meant something to me, not just some random selection from all of the artwork at the tattoo shop. I had come up with my design before I set foot in the tattoo shop.
Just make sure you're getting it for the right reason - because it's something that you want to do, not just to be "cool" or because someone else wants you to do it. Tattoos are not impossible to remove, but difficult and painful to do so. Think about it as permanent and for life.
Not yet, but I am working on a sleeve design (I draw0, I'm designing a biomechanical drawing. Hence my name, most of the stuff I do is biomech.
As soon as I finish it I will get it inked.
