Her name is Sevrina.

She was a foreign exchange student from Germany in the US staying in Fresno when that was taken. There are no other pictures like that out there of her, and I am not sure who actually uploaded that one, because I do not believe she would. She lost the camera that was taken with at a concert and that is most likely how the image ended up on the internet. She is back in Germany now is 21 now and was 17 when that picture was taken.
