It's Bale though. You've never heard anything bad about him until now. I guess he had to get it out of his system just like everyone else has.
Ya know...I don't think it's anything horrible though.
Because, nowdays...even a slight shove counts as assault. For all we know, he might have shoved his ****** (hey, even grown up bros and sis fight like ****) and she accidently fell towards the *** and suddenly, like that...he "assaulted" both of them.
They could have running on tons of **** off-ness when they even called the cops.
But, for some reason...like you said Violator...Bale's never been in trouble before, I'd give him the benifit of the doubt.
That and we have no idea what type of relationship he has with his ****** and ***. For all we know they're all enemies or something.

Yeah I agree with that on what may have happened. Even a simple pat on the back can be 'assault' these days. If it is true though I wouldn't be surprised cause if an actor is in a big movie they have to do a **** load of promoting the film all over the world, getting up early in the morning to do interviews all day til late in the night and so on, so if he did do it I'm sure he didn't mean it. I know someone who met him and he said Christian Bale is one of the nicest guys he's ever met.

Just heard this over at digg, I'm shocked. If it is false, I feel bad for him... If he really did assault his ******/******... My respect for him drops completely.

Bale's always had something of a temper. I remember back when Batman Begins was in production, there was a story where he politely asked not to be photographed, and once some woman did soonafter, he reportedly called her a, "Bitch".
Which I believe was justifiable to a certain extent. I'll reserve judgement on this until I get the complete story.

He hasn't been charged with anything. This is nothing more than a squabble that became public. The media pounced on this because TDK is the hottest movie to come out since...the first SPiderman? and ANYTHING that can "make a new" story is what they're after.
