Three points of advice:

Well, if I understand your original question right, you want to know whether I've ever seen a nude model or a pornstar for whom I would completely change my life, right? The answer is no. I could never make a decision as radical as to change my life completely for someone whom I have never met in person. Just because a girl is gorgeous doesn't necessarily make her an ideal lifetime companion.
