I'll read a book, watch a favorite movie, or spin records and make an awesome mix. If it's real nice out, I'll go for a bike ride or ride my CBR somewhere.
And **** up feeling like a train just drove through your head. I know, I was being sarcastic with my last post, it's just not a healthy thing. Get on a treadmill for a good 30-40 minutes and it will get the ***** flowing. Get a pick-up game of puck or something else that gets the arteries moving. That's good stuff.
