Without permission it is spam. The others are certified as OCSM'S and have a more privilege on the board than we members do. Such as posting pics, advertising their sites, themselves and asking for votes etc. in contests. Until certified I believe they are just members like us and cannot break the rules. The person that started the thread could be anyone, if its simply a fan then it is spam.

Like Peter said, vote for who you like it is truly a contest. She is hot regardless and welcomed here. She should check in with BNF about becoming a OCSM and come around more often.
