******** Problems...

ChefChiTown

The secret ingredient? MY BALLS
For the past two months or so, I can't fall ****** unless:

A) It's like 5 in the morning
B) I ***** a bunch of Nyquil
C) I get really *****

I literally can't fall ****** unless one of those three things happens. I don't know if it's physical, emotional or mental, but it's fucking ******* me. I'm only getting around 3 hours of ***** a night if I'm lucky and it's beginning to take it's toll on my body. I've always suffered from bad migraines, but now I'm constantly getting headaches, my whole body hurts, I have no energy (barely enough to stroke ) and I can feel my attitude going straight to the shitter. It's like I'm shutting down.

I was just wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem and if so, how did you fix it?

I don't know if you exercise regularly but I do. I never have a problem falling ****** around 9pm-11pm, sometimes I fall ****** earlier. Try to avoid *******. When you fall ****** from ***** you do not reach REM *****. You are actually in an ******* induced ***. You may find yourself waking up feeling worse than when you went to bed. Light could also be a problem. If you could make your room very dark and have background noise that will help you *****. The background noise could be rain sounds, instrumental music, ceiling fan, AC, etc. I hope this bit of info helps.

If I were you I'd lay off the ***** and the NyQuil...those are only temporary solutions that will actually only hurt you in the long run.

Do you have many things on your mind? That you can't turn your brain off?

I used to suffer from Anxiety attacks and sometimes they had an adverse affect on my ***** at time and at least once a week I could not ***** at all. I ended up seeing a therapist, apparently I had not resolved in losing my ***. And it had a bad affect on me

Also, don't keep thinking about it, it will only stress you out further. Just relax, and find something to keep your mind off it

The best thing is do something that you know that will help you fall ******...I just have to be on my computer late at night and I start to ******** quickyl

take a look at this:

it may help

Use to have the same problem. Would stay up till 3-4 in the morning and get back up at 6:30 and do it all over again.

To break it I took tylenol PM and put in a movie, it would knock me out pretty good, especially since I was only on 3 hours of *****.

Try getting off the computer earlier then normal, say like 10 or 11 and watch TV or a movie.

Some people suggest making a strict schedule for ***** and trying to stick to it no matter what. :dunno: Sometimes when you deviate form it or do something else it can mess your body up.

Warm milk can help.

I've just started going through the same thing. In bed about midnight, but seem to watch the clock from about 2:30 to 5:30, them crash, get up tired all day. Even happens when I try going to bed really early. Probably stress.

I have a tube type water bed, (filled water tubes). It's as comfortable as it was brand new.

PBS is the about the only thing stimulating enough to watch.

read a boring book (such as the dictionary or national geographic)
knit
watch TV
go without ***** for a few days
have a cup of warm milk right before bed
******** pills
a relaxing bubble bath

could be anxiety...i have it.....Try to get a regular routine going...dont ***** too much caffeine (if any) throughout the day. Also take a couple days off from whatever it is that you do and let your body catch up to itself....its usually all in a persons head....so try to do things that clear your mind before bed...and dont worry....you'll be back up and strokin in no time!

Your mattress perhaps. I was doing the same thing and when i got a new mattress, i ***** like a baby.

same here, and put the t.v. on cnn or foxnewschannel. it'll keep your interest but those commercials will put you to *****.

Lay off the tylenol when you don't need it, its bad for your liver. There are many products that just contain diphenhydramine that can help you *****.

However, ***** are NOT a long term solution. Over time you require higher dosages.

he's probably ***** anyway

Geeze...I guess no one can ***** anymore? :dunno:

I have had the worst problems with *****, in relation to my ******** habits which are (were) out of control. It started a couple years ago where I would just ***** all the time and then when I woke up at 5-6-7 in the morning, I would just slam like 3-4 more to knock me back out, and it would work, but I would always **** up with the dreaded hangover. Anyway, my habits finally caught up to me and I got a DWI resulting in 7 days of Sentence to Serve - basically hard labor/community service. Needless to say, after digging dirt all day after the first day, not to mention the rest of the week, I was out like a baby, nightly, without ******* or any other substance for that matter.

That was about a year ago when I learned that lesson: Hard labor breaks your entire body down (and I learned not to ***** and drive too). There's no way you can't ***** if you break your body down. :*****:

:2 cents:

Milk makes me ****!!!

Stop the ***** and stop the NyQuil. Our bodies know what they need and if you just leave it alone and stop ******* it into different states with all this medicating it should go back to a normal routine.
If that doesn't work after 2 weeks, go and see your doctor.

That's my advice.

Besides stopping the ******* like everyone else has suggested, I'd try and do a few more things:

1) Set a proper schedule and stick to it. (Lights off at a certain time, waking up at the same time)
2) If you twist and turn and can't ***** -get out of bed and do something, do not lie there
3) Jog, swim, lift weights, do something strenuous during the mornings - do NOT work out in the evenings
4) Avoid all caffeine
5) you should stay off the net, and other stimulating things before bed
6) I'd consider pulling one off before bed, with the lights off and trying to roll over and ***** afterwards!
