There were some clips from a video I saw a few years ago that involved a couple encountering a fake female cop who warned them not to do anything in public. After the couple had sex outside somewhere and the woman got a facial, they encountered the "cop" again, who inquired what was on the woman's face. She concluded it was cum and then licked some of it off the woman's face to verify it. The clips ended with the "cop" stating that she was bringing the guy in for questioning and the woman in "for fun." The guy - who was filming all this - then ran off.
A bit long-winded, but does that sound familiar to anyone else?

Yeah, it's from Rodney Moore's "Different Strokes 5: More Public Pop Shots". The girl (hooker) was Alana Evans and the cop was Phylisha Anne.
