What Did You Eat For Breakfast?

This morning, I had one of those frozen Jimmy Dean Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwiches that was on a biscuit. I've had it in the refrigerator the last two days. I followed the microwave instructions ...

1. Remove wrapper.
2. Wrap sandwich in a paper towel.
3. Heat in microwave for fifty seconds or until hot.
4. Let sit for two minutes.

A very good sandwich. Only thing wrong is that the cheese oozed out of sandwich and onto the paper towel. I needed to use a teaspoon to scrap the cheese off the paper towel. I ate the cheese off the teaspoon.

It's a pain, but you have to split the time 30 without, then add it for the last 20.

Boneless sardines. Great source of protein. Not bad tasting either. Kind of like tuna fish. Perhaps not particularly a breakfast type of food, but that's what I typically eat in the morning, especially after arriving back from the gym.
