With the best will in the world, this has not only been answered multiple times in the past, but within the last few posts in this very thread... so I don't know what else can be said.

And on the off-chance that you did happen to read it all, there's no way to fast-track it if that's what you're asking. e.g. you can't slip an admin a tenner to turn the setting on for you.
