Hey, I'd be more than happy to see an Asian champ. No argument there.

Liv's booking is confusing. She's supposed to be a super-babyface who we're supposed to feel sorry for, yet she doesn't cleanly win her title matches. She cashed in against a tired Rhonda, and technically lost the rematch but is still happy to keep the title. That's not good sportsmanship, or indicative of a face champ. She's booked so weakly that they make her look undeserving of the title, so it's no wonder she's not a convincing champ. That's more on booking rather than her though.

Unless they are thinking of capitalizing on the boos and making her heel, they need to make some creative changes really fast.
ObLivion is a unique move, but is a weak finisher. She needs something more convincing.

I was thinking of Io (Iyo?) too. She has the skills to be a convincing champ. I don't know if they'll give her the title before Kai or Bailey, but at the very least Sky & Kai should be top contenders for the vacated tag titles.

As long as they are a trio either Shirai or Kai will be eating pins for Bailey, probably Kai. Shirai could break out and turn babyface having a short feud with Bailey before moving on.

The only problem with gals like Alexa Bliss, Nikki Cross, Io Shirai,, Xia Li, and a few others is that they are barely 5 feet tall. WWE needs to have ladies that are substantial enough to face off with Charlotte, Raquel Rodriguez, and some other big, strong looking women. Wrestling may be predetermined but if you want your title and organization to have credibility the outcomes of your contests should be plausible. You don't want to insult the intelligence of your audience. You also don't want to have bad planning leading to unexpected results like last night on Smackdown. Someone didn't realize how divisive Liv Morgan was but ****** her on the audience and pushed her to the moon. A good portion of the fanbase rebelled loudly on live television. Now what do you do? Rhonda already turned heel attacking Liv and the referee. They might have to find a way to wait a few weeks then have Rhonda remain babyface not acknowledging any turn but providing an explanation that ends up putting Liv and the referee in a negative light and possibly in cahoots.

That's why I'm not hot on Cora. She barely looks like she can bench-press a cheeseburger and her moves often show how they rely on her opponent to pull them off.

But that's where booking and wrestling ability/style come in. Asuka's strikes and submissions. Io's flying. Saray's dropkick to the face & exploder suplex. Paige with her RamPage. Smaller wrestlers can look legit if they have the moves which look believable in taking a larger wrestler down. The gauntlet match with the wrestlers focusing on Raquel's knee - stuff like that all play a part.
Being small doesn't mean you can't come off looking like a legit champ - even with the men Mysterio still came across as legit, even going against giants.

But you also have to be booked so that you don't look like you're barely squeaking by your matches. Again, that's booking's fault.
We also don't know if it was the particular crowd. It could be that next week there will be a better reaction. She has been champ since MOTB, and this was the first noticeable negative reaction.

They still have options to make Liv work. Like you said, having her in bed with the ref would make sense, as I don't think anyone can buy the "I only tapped because I thought the ref counted to 3" BS. Maybe turn her into a cheating heel, using the ropes, or maybe use blue mist to play off her tongue thing. Or if they want to keep her babyface, then show her getting stronger/developing in her matches. Try new moves or different styles. Try the underdog story. Nattie might be past her prime but she can still make people look good - maybe give her some rounds with her.
Lots of ways they can still salvage this.

Maybe have her turn the tables on the audience letting them know they were a bunch of suckers and marks feeling sorry for her and buying her underdog act. All she had to do was paint the tears on her face to manipulate them for their support. She'd have to be strong and dominant on the microphone to turn on the fans and get that across.

All due respect to Rey Mysterio but I never thought he was World Championship material either. Not in the Heavyweight Division. He's still 5'3'' and I never bought the fact that he could actually beat guys a foot taller and 80 lbs bigger. The Giant Killer gimmick was ridiculous. I go for big Hoss guys or master technicians over undersized high-flyers when it comes to who holds the World Belt.
 
I have to say there's something about that zipper going from her landing strip up her asscrack that is really doing it for me.

Heart goes out to Shawn Spears/Tye Dillinger. Last week he announced Peyton/Cassie Lee is pregnant, and this week his ****** ****** away. That's a tough emotional roller-coaster.

He was done as soon as Vince was done. Maybe they should take out all of Vince's "yes men" to avoid having moles and saboteurs hanging around. ******* Love may be the next to go but Prichard has already been fired a handful of times.

I'm having a hard time getting through NXT. I usually have to digest it in 3 sittings. Bron Breakker is the only guy I care about.

Lastly, I have still been buying a lotta PS3 games off'a aBay. Receiving many fun doo-**** in the mail lately. Buy PS3 and XBOX 360 games before they increase more in price. The Vita stuff I bought 2 years ago really appreciated in value. My 3DS stuff will too.

That's funny, I literally just upgraded my card to 64GB too. I was worried because ninty says 3DS only works with xDHC, but those don't go over 32GB. But the formatted 64GB is working fine.

You know they're closing the shop this March, right?

I know about the eShop and went into panic buy mode. I tried to install a 128GB card but it wouldn't recognize it. I'm glad you got your 3DS loaded up. Take care of it and enjoy it for a lifetime.

I've heard 128GB will work too, you just need to format it as FAT32.
The only problem I heard was that it takes longer to turn on.

Back to wrestling - I'm very sad that we've gone a couple weeks without a good Stratton match.
