>>>The Republican Party Is The Problem

So @Luxman's video above may seem far fetched to some people, but a woman in Texas was recently arrested in similar circumstances. On a more personal note, my wife had a conversation last year with a "public official" that told her if SHTF, he would target democrats and **** them and take their ****. We're smart enough not to divulge our politics, but that really shook her up. If these radical right wingers keep going down the road they're on, they're going to learn that Democrats aren't all anti-***.

I like how no one touched my comment above about the, "local official" that's basically pro-****** for Democrats.

Maybe an article with details would get a response.

Why was a Texas woman charged with ****** over an abortion?
Texas prosecutors dropped their nonexistent case, but it will still have a chilling effect.

Josh Hawley “The age of Republican handouts to Big Business is over.”

The Republicans are getting tough on corporations. How soon before they start rolling back the tax cuts? They are tackling the issue at the top of voters’s minds - copyright protections.

I think people are boobs and patsies for sticking their own necks out extending their reputations to praise politicians. The stronger you advocate for a politician the louder they laugh behind your back. Hire a servant and make sure they are aware of their servitude. If you want my vote you better impress me and adopt my priorities instead of the other way around.

Republicans blame Biden for oil prices and then block the Dem’s attempt to do something about them? They must be okay with their voters being taken advantage of by Big Oil. Cry socialism and fire up the base. I guess it is easier to blame Biden than actually do some real work.

Then again, Those poor executives at oil companies need to get paid somehow:

I honestly think that no move either side makes, is designed to do anything, but be spiteful to the other. in the past few years, it seems like everyone only has interest in revenge, and little concern for how much more they're really fucking us over. Obviously our leaders have taken us for granted, but it seems like their arrogance has escalated to the point that, they do it so blatantly, as if to say, "we already have them by the balls, there isn't a thing they can do about it". Then they go about their petty little games, as though they are great upholders of freedom, justice, and the American way. what they don't get is, even if you are living the *****, sometimes they're nightmares.

Give me an example of Democrats doing something merely to spite non-democrats. I guess calling for higher taxes on corporations and obscenely wealthy people could be called spite, besides that.. I'm not sure, but I'm open to considering what else could be spiteful to people that don't vote Democrat.

I grew up somewhat middle class, white, and rural, supported Republican talking points until around the time Newt Gingrich took over the House of Representatives, and I've seen both parties from the inside. I just don't get the equivalencies people draw, but I'm open to being educated.

It's called my opinion x, in the future EVERY time I make a post, I'll be sure to preface my post with that disclaimer. And I'm sorry, but I stand by it.

Fox News has a disclaimer for the *ucker, Hannity, etc. news shows.
That it is not news and only the presenters' opinions, and that Fox News doesn't officially endorse their opinions.
That's how they can intentionally spew fake news to ********* the naive Republican base.

I just want an example, of course if that's just how you feel, that's ok, too.
I don't dig for that **** anymore. I'm to disgusted to read about what they're doing next. How far back do I have to dig? right now everything popping up is the republicans doing vindictive ****, and the saga that is trump. If a republican becomes president again, I'll keep my eye's open. I try my best to not post about things I'm not familiar with, and try to make sure I post things that are factual, unless I state it's what I think. I also disagree with many people on here, in a respectful way. I can agree to disagree, but if I'm disgusted by the works of our government, I'm not looking for who is more wrong, or more righteous, I'm just looking to vent, and hope that the anger goes away, before it gives me a twitch in my eyeball.

I used to think that Democrats were The Devil, until I got recruited by a group of "pro-life" activists, around 1993. Their sole issue, to the exclusion of everything else was working to end Roe. Economics, foreign policy, whatever, did not matter one bit as long as the official position of whoever was, "pro-life" they were for that person and against everything pro-choice. Scary ****, I just kinda quietly moved on after attending a couple of meetings, but it opened my eyes to the realities of that movement, and that going on thirty years ago. Those folks have only gotten worse in their tactics since.
