The welfare office. There's SNAP for food. Medicare for health insurance. Housing would be the Section 8 division of welfare, public school is free, for the most part, but there are programs at the schools that offer assistance for those costs, and I thought everyone knew about "Obama phones".

Although I still don't see the satire, I just remembered that republican humor is mainly based on the plight of non-republicans.
