Marccus - do you have any other pictures of this lady in the photo gallery? This looks to me like the actresses' makeup in the scene isn't quite right. However, I don't believe that this is a makeup meltdown. It happens quite a lot while having sexual intercourse. Makeup does get ruined. Girls don't apply makeup there either. They put makeup on their eyelids, their cheeks, their lips.
When I say cheeks, that far back so close to her ears? Girls wouldn't apply makeup that far back to cover something up like that. No way. Instead, this is a beauty mark.
