Who comes up with this? Some are hilarious and some are....meh.

They are generated by the system software. Users are not able to control/change them.

You will notice they change as you make more and more posts. They tend to change more often for newer members. As you get into post counts of 1000 or more, they change less frequently.

I have to agree with those who object to “Teenlover” and similar avatar comments. I take the word “teen” literally to mean someone whose age ends with the syllable “teen.” Which means the majority of them (depending on the state, but overall I think it's a majority) are under the age of consent, and a good 70% are too young to do porn. I’ve always been uncomfortable with the use of the word “teen” in the porn world. To me it seems to mean, basically, “Of course this girl is legal [maybe even as old as 25], but you can pretend she’s ******** if you’re into that.” Certainly I’d rather have men looking at porn and pretending the girls are ******** than actually trying to date ******** girls. But the whole idea is one I’d rather not be associated with.
