I have to admit, I saw this in the online papers this morning and it did make me laugh.
A Disney princess still trying to shed the sweetness and light image, goes and scams people. But as is always the case, other people are paying for her blatant rip off.

I am left wondering though about some of the content providers complaining about going from a weekly to a monthly pay out. Have they been spending every single penny they earned each week as soon as they got it? Wasn't that just asking for trouble?
I know there's a big difference in budgeting for a week and a month. But considering the fickle nature of the business they are in, isn't putting something away for emergencies a requirement?
I also know that not all of them make the big bucks and they do have my sympathies (a bit).

If I were a betting man, I'd put money on some of the much lower earners posting pay to view content in other places now. I can think of one that would be easy enough and one that while a slim possibility would probably be a good place to go for some.

Yes, the content is not meant to be saved and shared. If you want to save something that badly, you can screenshot or use some sort of grabber, but please don't share that stuff. That would be super messed up.

I sub to three models currently and am pretty satisfied.

Speaking of Bella, I was going to sub to her as well, but I wasn't dumb enough to think it was going to be a bunch of nude content. Anyone who assumed, that's on them. I don't see it as her scamming anyone, people jumped to their own conclusion, and I don't recall her saying there was gonna be nudes. Onlyfans may be big for adult material but thats not all they do.
 
I used to **** it, but 2 things happened:
#1 - Even though is still dislike the format, It got better loading videos
#2 - Its the only way for the past 9 months for us to see our favorite stars new content.

Its getting better with certain performers... More Pro shot. Used to **** paying for 3 minute verticle clips of just ass shaking. But now some of my ATF's are posting better quality stuff.

Industry seems shut down so stars gotta do what they do best and get all tech savy. Some are better than others.

Im not gonna share it, never have never will. But if youre having to grab a screen shot, is that even a high quality version of the pic? Has anybody here been able to grab the pics without resorting to screen shots? Do we even know if the pics are super high resolution?

Apparently they are all high resolution pictures. That's what I was told by Bianca Beauchamp. All Onlyfans photos at the site will be embedded in the lower right corner with "Onlyfans.com/and the models name. For example, "Onlyfans.com/LarkinLoveXXX"

On a side note, ladies do sell photographs and galleries outside of OnlyFans. They'll upload a photo gallery and use a drive.google.com application which you have 24 hour access to. You can then save the photo gallery to your harddrive.

Here a picture from a photo gallery that I purchased outside from Larkin Love. There are 135 pictures in the gallery. This picture in the gallery was 1450 pixels x 2577 pixels coming in at 2.83 MB. She has some h/c pictures in the gallery too that are 4033 pixels x 3024 pixels coming in at a whopping 10 MB.

(I'm saving it under the Microsoft Paint application to get the size down and to get it onto the board here so it can fit.) It doesn't say OnlyFans so it is all right to post:

Larkin does put her name off to the side which is a very good thing. I've seen others where the model will put her name right over the picture.

If you, as a user, are buying custom videos then the lady will use a dropdownbox.com application. Since there is no downloading ability at Onlyfans, these dropdownbox.com videos give you the ability to download them to your harddrive. Most times, custom videos are out there indefinitely. No time limit on when to download them to your computer.

She actually did say the $200 photo was going to be nude. That's what the whole controversy is about; her promising something and then not delivering it.
 
Buster: I saw that, too - about Bella being nude. Some OF customer texted her that question,which she CONFIRMED. He took a screen-shot of the text - and likely shared that with his credit card company, when he asked for a charge-back.
 
The biggest problem with OnlyFans is pretty obvious: you just never really know what you'll get.

We're still in the midst of a fucking horrible pandemic and I can't (and won't) spend my limited resource$ on girls that don't deliver at least semi-quality content.

If they really want my business, what many these girls should be doing is offering free previews, like many of the mainstream porn sites have been doing for years and years. There are lots of non-porn models that already offer that, why can't porn stars do the same?

A chargeback on a credit card? That means he's blocked. He won't be able to login. He won't be able to see any of the content he's purchased. Not just Bella but any model he's subscribed to. Currently or in the past. He might as well throw his account away.

Some models *do* offer this though, from what I've seen. You can't blame performers for not offering freebies though considering how much money performers have lost to pirating over the years.

The thing with the "free" subscription service at Onlyfans is that there is a difference in the the way you can contact a model in their DM/PM (direct message/private message) service. The user would have to initiate a "tip" with the free service. With the paying subscription service (done monthly) you can message a model anytime without any financial outlay.
 
I just tried OnlyFans and subscribed to a few of my favorite porn stars this month just to try it out. Overall, very disappointing! You're already paying around $10 per month for a subscription and then they don't offer much unless you tip them. And some porn stars are a bit aggressive on tips. In fact, one porn star just blocked me because I tipped $10 instead of $20 just for PMing her a few questions. She said she wanted $20 for a back and forth chat. Amazing how these porn stars probably make 3x my annual salary per shoot and they are soooo greedy with tips when I'm already paying a monthly subscription.

I won't be auto renewing anything after my one month subscriptions end. Very lame and you're pretty much paying for content that you can get free from a simple google search.

I never understood the need for tips on OnlyFans. These porn stars are not waitresses that get paid minimum wage that rely on tips to pay rent. These people are extremely wealthy and make WAYYYY more than I'll ever make. Yet they are so hungry for tips DESPITE you paying a hefty subscription fee. What's up with that?

While overall I don't like Onlyfans, and I think it's very irritating when people put material under a paywall even for somebody that's already subscribed to them, it's also not as simple as you think. I think you vastly overestimate what performers in the industry make. I think you use the term "extremely wealthy" very loosely. Even many well known performers don't bring in what some people think they do. Even for the relatively low percentage of performers that truly rake in the gigantic amounts of cash remember that the shelf life of their careers isn't that long.

Performing in the adult industry isn't like being a waitress or office worker where they can work in that job from the time they become an adult until they are in their 60s. Almost all of them only have a small handful of years where they can be viable, and they have to make as much money as possible in that amount of time to offset that. It's even worse when one considers that the stigma of their line of work will probably create problems in the future for their future job prospects or just their life in general. Because of that the money they make now might have to stretch for a very long time. They aren't payed like major sport superstars or A list ***********. I wouldn't be surprised if some low to mid level secretary significantly outpaces them in pay over their careers compared to what most adult industry people make in their careers' short window and with a lot less baggage for example.

There's more. Lets just put all I said above aside for the sake of argument. They are providing what could be considered as much of a purely entertainment luxury product as something can get. They aren't trying to price gouge people while selling medicine, education, food, some other necessity of life, or even something that's needed for day to day living. What they do also doesn't hurt other people. So, why the hell should they accept less money than they could be or already are making? Just for the hell of it? Just because some people out there plain don't fell like paying them that much? There are enough people out there that are willing to pay them what they are getting so why should they make less? If the place where you work for suddenly wanted to pay you a much higher rate of pay for what you're doing I have a feeling you are not going to turn it down.

With that said I think many of them miss picking a good price point for their material and overall on a cost/benefit analysis miss the mark by turning off more people by the cost of their material than what is gained by the people that are willing to pay a certain amount, but that's a totally different discussion. You just want them to make less money because you don't want pay as much. Sure it would be very cool if they dished out great porn on the cheap, but it's not like I feel I have some inherent right to receive that.
