Just one person's opinion; Joe is prejudice and a racist. He is a product of his time. I don't think he is more prejudice or racist than most. He'll use the black community for votes - which is both his job and a sign of his racism. I think that is as far as it extends. I don't think that makes him a bad man and I don't think he is about to burn crosses or look to befriend those who do. Simply a product of his experiences. So, besides being a politician (which his opponents are as well), I don't think this makes him a particularly bad man. He certainly is not civil right leader, but nobody who is running is either.
I don't think Jones is wrong, but I also don't think there is much to see here.
Again, one person's opinion, but I you really are self reflective and think about what you are doing, focusing on either Trump's or Biden's "racism" in itself is a racist act. Neither register as "bad men", so what is the gain in the focus on it? It is really just trying to support your stance on something (speaking in general, not about you Queen or really Jones either). So, trying to fit a focus on racism or worse, civil rights into the conversation to pull support for whatever your agenda may be, is in itself a "bad" form of racism, not just a product of your experiences.
