About Snow Bunny: yes, Karen McDougal is TGND adorable, with tits that won't quit - BUT .. *I* don't think this PIC is a good one.. One breast is covered, and the other one is also partially covered. The multiple .. fold lines of skin by her groin are also very distracting.

I agree with that...it would be interesting to know how many members on here cast their vote just due to who the model is or how good looking they are, and who actually looks at the picture as a whole and looks at more aspects like the models pose, lighting, background, framing, form, textures and maybe other areas I haven't said.
I know part of the selection is down to "Beauty Is In The Eye of the Beholder" but there is more to it than that for me in a whole picture

Another thing that makes this thread great is picking the best overall photo. When I first voted in this thread I most likely voted the model I felt was beautiful. Over the course of this I have tried to look at every photo using all photograph details, lighting, background etc. To choose the photo that is the best photo overall from a photographic artistic view. I admit it is tough , maybe 50/50 as far a best overall & the woman I like best. Also a lot of times when I actually choose the complete opposite I normally would. Also so many times there are multiple photos and I try to go over them several times. Another thing I try to do is not see any of the votes from anyone, which I do a great job of not seeing the votes of other until after my vote. I always said it is easy to take a nude picture but I think it is sexier and more creative if you have a model clothed or with hardly any nudity that is just beautifully photographed.
For far too long, the artistic merits of nude photography have largely been under-appreciated.
Great nudes generally do not happen by accident. It takes talent and skill from multiple players to create the visual masterpieces we've come to enjoy!
Until now, to my knowledge, there has never been a formal process for recognizing some of the best the industry has to offer.
In identifying and naming these classics, the intent has been to de-emphasize [to some extent] the featured models, by identifying the photos by caption or title, as opposed to
model's name, in hopes of discouraging any tendency for popularity bias. This hopefully promotes a more holistic perspective when viewing the photographs.
Obviously, it's impossible to discount the raw physical beauty and sexual attractiveness of these models, as this aspect accounts for about half [imo] of a photo's overall appeal.
The other half of a nude's luster might emanate from a combination of the following elements:
- Facial expression
[*]Hair & make-up
[*]Wardrobe (if applicable)
[*]Setting/background
[*]Creativity of shot
[*]Pose/body positioning
[*]Lighting
[*]Camera angle
[*]Image clarity/Resolution
Regarding Snow Bunny, the pic scores very high with respect to virtually all of the aforementioned aspects, hence its convincing victory!

I mostly don't even try to recognize the model, unless she is either from an outstanding milestone photoshoot that I cherish, or she is such a star that recognition is just automatic.
This thread made me better as a viewer of erotic photography, and I keep looking more and more careful for every detail in these pics that can be so outstanding

I like the inclusion of Rion (Shion Utsunomiya) in this group. She is quite extraordinary.
But it's hard for me to ever vote against Katie Fey/Eugenia Diordiychuk, who ranks right up there near Veronica Zemanova on my all time great glamour nude model scale.

Once more, a multitude of different schools of photography, and very different models. All VERY appealing in their own way, and each picture has its own charm. But to me, one of them stands out, and this is "Nubian Princess"
Primarily, we don't have many black models in this competition, and secondly, the rich colours and the contrast of her tied, improvised skirt please the eye. Without her in the mix, it might be the beauty on the staircase, but in this comparison, it's the princess
