Starting a war, please don't be ridiculous. When Ruth Bader and Gorsuch were nominated as justices, they weren't asked as many questions as was asked Kavanaugh. When Democrats vote and do something it is fine and when Republicans do it, it isn't. Really time to stop the double standards.
Also watched how much deplorable people such as Feinstein and Bluementhal lambasted Kavannaugh during his confirmation hearing about this issue.

But then they would be accountable to voters unlike 9 unelected justices.
As I understand it, an overturning of Roe v Wade would kick the issue down to state legislatures. So women in New York and California among other predominantly enlightened states can enjoy unfettered abortion and those from other states still can though they'd be inconvenienced having to cross state lines to **** their unborn.
When Ginsburg croaks, it'll be a solid 6-3.

Roe is legitimately the worst single piece of judicial legislation in US history. Their shitty ruling on bohamacare is a distant second and gay marriage third. This matter should have been decided in each state via legislation or popular vote. That is one of the main reasons it is so unpopular. In other countries wherein the ****** of unborn ******** has been properly legislated or voted on, there is no lasting debate.

Nobody is suggesting that, twunt. This has never and should never be an issue in which the feds need involvement. I personally care about the sanctity of life and I put my money where my mouth is. Roe was a stupid decision woven out of whole cloth, much like the Bohamacare tax equation put forward by the chief asshat Roberts. It was an end run around existing legislation or non-existing legislation that took what should have been a matter decided by individual states and communities. What Roe and the Bohamacare ruling really are is judicial tyranny.
