Exactly! Left her G-men hanging high and dry. Paying for months and months to a dead website that lately has offered nothing but old "updates" from years past. Pathetic.
I don't know what went on recently with her, but it's nice to have it official at least if nothing else, even if it is about year late. I don't consider anything in her personal life any of my business, and to offer objective criticism I would have to know how much control she has over her website, what agreements she had with the people who ran it, and what she was allowed to say about it.
I do think it's pretty rotten when a website has a model that for all practical purposes doesn't produces work for them and doesn't state that to continue to milk money from people so I can see why some are upset.

Yes, it's true that the website content rights can be tricky and tough to handle (look at her old website with the love label...still around and kicking after almost a decade!) .
What really ticks me off is the whole drama with her going to school, so busy so that she couldn't shoot any update since May last year or so, then disappearing but saying in chats that she would be "back in action" in August after finishing school, which of course never happened. That's what really pisses me off. The fact that she was not upfront about her leaving the biz. :2 cents:

No point in getting upset about it now, uchual. You surely must have long suspected this is pretty much how this whole saga was going to end.
At least she finally made it official. Way late, as you say, but she may have just blown off the chore altogether and left us all wondering. As for those who chose to keep paying into a website that hadn't been worth much for a long time- too bad so sad. They had plenty of indications they'd be left hanging.:yoda:
I guess that's it. Very sad! I bet a lot of us here have almost all of her content from all of her sites, except those elusive custom videos. I only know of 3 total... anyone know how many she ended up doing? It'd be nice to somehow complete the full collection now that content is done forever :/
What a way to go after over a decade long career financed by her followers. After a year of promises that she'd be back in action soon all she gives is a twitter update announcing that she's retired.

Atleast we'll still have her videos. I'm sure I have the same 3 custom videos you are referencing and I do have a lot of other rare Gisele videos. I'm not sure how many custom vids she did, but it had to be more than 3.
Her vids were usually degraded by the crap resembling music she had playing in the background, but some sure hit the spot.

True that, rkyk. You and I and a handful of old time followers of Giselle have seen her up and downs and how she went from a promising career to just a bunch of broken promises and plain disdain for anything resembling some appreciation for her so called "G-men".
In spite all that, I wish her a successful life as esthetician or whatever she's planning to do now. Like some has mentioned, we still have the photos, videos and memories. That should count for something.
Although sad it's ending like the way it did, I'm more shocked than anything that she did release an update. Regardless of what had been going on in her school and private life, to go many months without any updates is really sketchy. But it is what it is. I had been a part of the "G-Train" for almost 10 years, dating back to the myspace days which is where I think I discovered her. I really loved her smile more than anything (yes, more than her curves) and did not mind the minimal weight gain she had at the end of her career. I wish that she would still be active on places like twitter or Instagram and not step out of the spotlight completely. I know we all want what's best for her. I hope that we are able to find out what her next chapter in life will be sometime in 2018 but not holding my breath. That's all I have to say about that. Thank you Gisele for everything you have done for me.

I suspect you were among those hoping against hope that she might actually come back to resurrerct her career, however briefly, like she supposedly toyed with doing for so long, while you maintained your ************* memberships to the end.
Now that she's returned to private life we'll never know the circumstances of how and why she gave it up after being in the business for as long as she was. That's sad, but pretty a negligible concern in the overall scheme of things. I wish her nothing but the best in her future, too.
