This is a question to anyone who has any info on this topic.
Just recently i have noticed that people who are on 0(zero) rep points, even after i have repped them stay on zero. Why does it take them so long to get of zero, is there some sought of requirement you need to pass as in a month on the board or 50 posts? For example i gave someone rep for a good post in my mature vids section, and then i know also Georges gave that person rep cause he told me so. Yet even with our total rep points combined of over 37000 points it still didnt get this person of zero rep points.
Can someone please help me with this dilemma???
