You know what I find to be funny, even though it's not a big deal at all...

If you ask someone who their favorite friend is (their best friend), they'll be like "Oh, it's definitely Johnny" or something like that. But, when you ask someone who their favorite band is (or favorite movie, song, TV show, etc), they'll be like "Dude, there's just too many to name and I don't want to leave anything out." Umm...I like a lot of bands too, but I can EASILY name my favorite...

at least Slayer pioneered (along with Metallica, Megadeth and Anthrax) Thrash Metal and are major influences to hundreds if not thousands of musicians.

yeah but the four I mentioned pioneered Thrash in the 80's where as Pantera evolved in the 90's.
