Would A New Sega Console Interest You If It Had New Games And A Virtual Console For Past Sega Games?

I've owned many game consoles in my life including most of the Sega Systems(Genesis, Saturn, Dreamcast). I was saddened at the demise of the Dreamcast as I really liked that system. If a new Sega System came out that had new updated games as well as a library of past Sega games you could buy and download would you consider buying it?
