Is it just me or is the world of porn slowing down? Seems like there are not a lot of hot movies coming out - Ex. DPs or gangbangs. Not at the rate in which they used to compared to a few years ago. It also seems like a lot of the famous and big boob pornstars have walked away from the industry - like Alanah Rae, Gianna Michaels, Christy Marks and many European models like Lucie Wilde, Jessica Moore, Jasmine Black, etc. Maybe many of them have just retired after being in the business for a few years. It doesn't seem like there are an equal number of girls lining up to take their place in terms of fame compared to a few years ago either.

Anyone else noticing this trend?

I think it more of a matter of your personal taste. There will always be girl entering porn, and a few of them will raise to fame. just might not be the style you like.

In 2009 the porn industry cratered along with every other industry, and has been slow to recover, especially due to free on internet.
Some companies (Digital Playground, Reality Kings, Brazzers, etc) have been acquired by Manwin/Mindgeek who don't do the more extreme stuff.
Some of the companies that did more extreme stuff have been threatened to lose their ability to use Visa/Mastercard, so they have toned things done a bit.
In Europe I don't know what has been happening with Private, Rocco, etc.

My 2 cents on this subject is pretty simple. We all gotta eat. And you can't bang on an empty stomach.


Support the business and pay for your porn, its the very best thing you can do. With so many discounts out there, it doesn't cost much to get you some really great stuff for cheap.
