I feel a lot of hostility towards the genius of Woody Allen on the boards. That's why there is no "OTHER" option.

What's your fav Woody movie?

I'll start off with Annie.Hall, Stardust Memories and Hannah And Her Sisters

I've not noticed any Woody hostility. I'm not sure I've even seen a mention of him.

I'm a huge fan. Love and Death is my favorite.

Purple Rose of Cairo, Radio Days, and Bullets Over Broadway all ranking very high as well.

edit: Now I see your poll and you don't have a single one of mine listed. You sir, fail.

Bananas, Sleeper & Radio Days

Damn you Greg, damn you to hell!!

You've left off my favourite Woody Allen film: Love & Death (I see I'm not the only person who likes that one :hatsoff:). I much perfer Allen's early work, his later stuff just doesn't match up in my opinion. Although Crimes & Misdemeanors for a later movie wasn't bad.

Take the Money and Run is also a good early one.

The only Woody Allen movie that I liked was Ants.

Woody Allen is a good director. He has to be one of my favorite movie directors.

I'm going with: Vicky Cristina Barcelona. It was a great (romantic drama movie). I love Javier Bardem, Penelope Cruz, Scarlett Johansson, and Rebecca Hall. They're my favorites, he did a good job on this movie.

Are you kidding? Play It Again, Sam without a doubt. Sleeper if forced to choose from your offerings.

Of the movies you listed I'd pick Annie Hall, but I'm in agreement with BlueBalls and Neutron; my favorite Woody film is "Love And Death". :rofl2:
"I was walking through the woods, thinking about Christ. If he was a carpenter, I wondered what he charged for bookshelves."

Maybe the funniest line ever.
