I prefer leg. I'm not a fan of breast because it tends to be too dry, and wing can be tough if it's overcooked.

Big fan of the white meat, but gravy is very important to me to moisten and soften it up a little bit.

If I don't have any gravy on hand, I just use some cranberry-flavored anal lube! Just a little hint I learned from the Pilgrims.
