yes 4 to 8 people but I have been speaking with David Chang and he assures me I'm all set. I have also been trading with emails with the director of operations of Momofuku who says the same.

well, you have to love to cook if you're a chef. I have a few friends who are chefs who aren't foodies. they just say that food is their art but they could care less. they love the process and the science of it, but exploring new tastes for personal pleasure not at all. weird huh?

My dear departed was a FABULOUS cook. She could make a bologna sandwich into a restaurant item. The thing was she hated to cook. Always a chore. Don't get me wrong, she made well sure we were fed. She would still gather recipies to try out on us and they always came out well. She just hated the work even with help in the kitchen. Very very weird.

I would have to say pasta or pizza but I also love to cook any kind of chops or steaks. great sides with those potatoes and mushrooms that you can get creative with

Pork belly on steamed buns with cucumber and scallions with hoison sauce at Momofuku Ssam on thursday...FUCK was it good!

Also had the Pulled Duck Bun with Sauerkraut and Smoked Mayo I don't even like sauerkraut but this was insanely great!

To make it perfect I ordered a side of the Spicy Fingerling Potatoes with Chili Black Bean Sauce.

We also had the large format meal with the rotisserie duck meal includes a whole rotisserie duck, chive pancakes, bibb lettuce, hoisin, duck scallion sauce, crispy shallots and a choice of two sides

Not only is this a whole duck, it’s also stuffed with duck sausage under the skin before roasting… so it’s like a duck and a half! also hd the broccoli with xo sauce
