Are Unions becoming somewhat obsolete as we enter this brave new world of incessant insourcing and outsourcing, work contracts which really have no job security or future, everybody simply falls into this temporary - menial employ atmosphere ?
If job security becomes more or less defunct, how can Organized Labor survive ?
