This is a long shot, but looking to ID this babe from Dancing Bear "Banquet Bride" episode from 2010.
She's the dirty blonde in the tank top and jeans. The screencaps don't really do it justice, but this girl goes absolutely wild, albeit briefly, and the reaction from the PA announcer and the dancers is "holy ****, I can't believe you got her to do that!"
Haven't seen in any of the other vids. Like I said, probably a lost cause, but worth a try given the vast expertise here.
