I don't know if it's just a separation, if she will be seeking a divorce or what for now. In any case, I'm not doing anything with anyone else, and I'm just waiting to see what she wants.
I've kept the focus on getting a new job, although I don't need to work for some time with our cash and other liquid reserves (largely built up over the last 2-3 years of good business on my end). My wife could clear out our bank account, and I don't have any accounts she doesn't have access to. But she's not that irresponsible, even when she is extremely mad. The most she may do is open another account and move a lot of money over, but she won't do so so I can't pay the mortgage or other responsibilities we have.
Aside from that, my main responsibility is doing anything my wife says. We're not going to my parents for Thanksgiving and, frankly, I don't think I'm wanted over there this year after this whole incident. My parents have not called me and I dare not call them after my wife did. Time will have to be a healer there. As far as my wife, I don't know what to do at this point. I've tried calling her cell phone only once and she hung up on me.
