She's actually not a terrible mother. I've seen the show, and as...weird as they are, there's a lot of love in that house. She's also surprisingly smart with money.

Sadly, there are many many families who feed their children pure crap instead of nutritious foods. The show itself is ridiculous, I admit to watching it in the beginning but once they gave the pet pig away, I lost interest. I want a pet pig.
Money isn't everything and that child may end up hating her as she grows older. She made money because people want to see a train wreck and the child is being exploited.
Maybe you should send your husband over to see her for some financial planning tips .

Um, if that's your issue maybe you should have focused this thread on Toddlers and Tiaras instead. Honey Boo Boo's participation in pageants is only a small part of her show, from what I've seen.
