IMHO - the risk isn't worth the reward:

A .. few months ago, I also saw an article about a guy who falsified his listings.. He showed pictures for apartments on the site, and then when people got there - the location didn't match the pictures.. Or lied about the type of housing - e.g., single, but really in a multiple-unit building.

I'm surprised that people use the site, with the MANDATED arbitration clause (discussed in the article).

Similar reason to why I also avoid Motel 6 or anything with ‘motel’ in the name.
