Why don't film titles live upto their names???

is it just me, or after years of browsing porn movies, why cant directors add a little extra of what the title of the film says...

eg:
girls with small tits/ juggs/ top heavy etc etc these titles mention type of breasts... why do directors not let actors play more with the "tits", mould them, crush them kiss them etc etc...
petite / tiny /xxxsmall : - the whole idea is they are tiny in size , directors am sure can use them better....
Romantic flicks: - more kissing/smooching/ undressing etc....

Please do suggest titles that the director did make an effort than just showing a sex scene...

anyhow it sells who cares...
