Why can't I edit my posts?

I am trying to mark my thread as Solved, but there is no editing options for the post? It's as if it was someone elses post... Please let me know what the problem is.

If you look in the upper right, beside the Watch tab, there is another tab, ●●●.

Click the dots and choose Edit thread.

I have this problem too. Do not have thread tools or settings icon for edit thread next to Watch for threads I have created

You need to report your post to have a moderator mark your threads as solved.
