I've seen two of the three versions/cuts of Once Upon a Time in America that I know of. And I really liked DeNiro (and James Woods) in that. But I guess I'd have to go with the Godfather Part II overall.

He was also pretty damn good in Cape Fear as the psycho killer.

I enjoy most of his movies, however Mr. DeNiro had a special type of evil in "The Fan", a baseball movie with Wesley Snipes........also Cape Fear is a great example of his acting talent.......
