It is the final game of the US men's college basketball championships. The University of Illinois against the University of North Carolina.
And to give you an idea how big it is. The tournament that they were a part of which involved the top 64 teams (out of hundreds) in US college basketball is apparently the biggest spending sports event in Las Vegas every year.

In case anyone wasen't sure what was being spoken of here.

Oh, and Iowa and Niagara were out in the first round. So I do not really care that much either. But I will take North Carolina.

That is not entirely true since half of the teams are automatic bids because they win their respective conferences. Notre Dame didn't make the tournament and they are a much better team then Chattanooga.
