Her name is Lea Logan, Playboy featured her as "America's Sexiest Bartender" in 2005 - she worked/works at Cheetah in West Palm Beach, Florida and was/is a student at FAU. :wave2:

She's been asked about before, and it took me forever to find her. I know there's at least one other outstanding request for her out there in Name the Babe land, but I've yet to see it again. But now we know!
