I have found this video and wonder who that could be. Can someone help?

Here are some screenshots and a short video version of this story.

The story itself: a freaky nerd sees a hot blonde with a ice. He is carried away by a truck across the USA (*************), therefore the map. Finally he is in her room and she undresses. But he only wants the ice and not the hot babe!
