[SOLVED] Who is this? …or is it fakery?

It is fake - I don't know the face, but the rest is:

If you know it's a fake to begin with... which you kind of suspected as per the thread title, it's probably best not to post it in the first place.
I don't know who the face is of in this case, and I think it may be AI... but I'm not taking any chances. It's a potential liability issue every time someone posts a fake.
Or at least, there's no need to post the whole thing. You don't have to be a Photoshop expert to crop it or edit it in some way. As an example, I just removed the face from the original pic using Microsoft Paint in a few seconds.
This wouldn't hinder your ability to get an ID, because I put it through a reverse image search and it still came up with the answer as per Connor's post above because the vast majority of the picture remains intact.
