Maybe not. But that's not Mike Ranger, either. The girl looks like a young Kay, if they brushed up what's shown of her facial features a little. Or she could've been a similar-looking stand-in shot for the cover. That's a viable possibilty, considering that the guy surely isn't among the cast, and his face is almost completely blocked. You have to remember: they were selling this as romantic erotica, despite the film actually having an incestuous storyline. Look...this is precisely why I believe porn should never be marketed as legitimate erotica. This and a bunch of other reasons. But given that fact, it would be no surprise that they chose selected models specifically for the cover. Let's call it like it is: Kay was a fine actress with certain enjoyable assets. But she was no beauty. They did and do, the same things with romantic novel covers. Refining what you're trying to sell. It's why red apples are so red.
I knew this guy with that hairstyle and also saw the girl before but damn, cant remember. She has something from Danica Dillan, but not sure either.
