I think she's been around for a few years, and I used to know her name. But due to a computer crash I lost the clips I had of her, and now I can't remember her name. 
Right now, the only leads I have are these images taken from a short clip. They are marked with "pornaccess" but I've yet to find anything on that page - having gone through their complete list of pornstars. Which, in turn, leads me to believe that she's retired. Here are the pictures:
