It looks like someone tried to do an AI pic of Estephania Ha when she was younger.
For sure. The hair at the right of pic is all sorts of wrong, there are way too may gold bars on the epaulettes and then they're repeated part way down her right sleeve. The gold bars at the very end of her tie don't look like where a human designer would put them.

I'd say definitely. I've had a second look - her teeth would be better suited to a donkey and the vertical crease in her shirt begins at a non-existent protruding nipple before turning into a seam and disappearing weirdly behind the top of her skirt. Her eyes also creep me out.
