She is wearing a red dress and starts off the commercial in the middle of two colleagues telling a story, "Here I am in the middle of nowhere with my customer and I turn around and there is three rattlesnakes . . ." then she disappears. Then at the very end of the commercial she reappears with her hair all messed up ready to resume her story with her colleagues.
