This is a pretty ludicrous way to go about things. If it's the only way you know how to upload an image, then you should ask for guidance. You won't get very far by constantly changing your avatar and asking people to ID minute-sized images.

Everyone else uploads images as attachments, uploads to a image hosting site or provides a direct link.

@ernemv - I deleted your avatar and the pic you posted. After seeing an enlarged version, the pic is an obvious fake, some womans head on another womans body. Since the board rules now prohibit all fake pics, I removed yours. I suggest you try another site, one which doesn't care about the potential liability that could result. See below:
