Many of us find Asian ladies more desirable and ladylike. The money is important but throwing a seed that brings a more substantial baby could be important to some too.
I haven't seen the wave of bitter, hateful divorces in these couples either. I'm sure there are some that I'm not aware of.

I'm not entirely sure why they'd be on the rise, you don't get many ladies from that area in my neck of the woods, but I met many Chinese girls studying for my Masters and many Japanese girls when I went on holiday to, umm, Japan, and it's safe to say if I had an opportunity to get into a relationship with one of them, I would, on a strictly "physical attraction" basis. There are certainly a lot of Japanese girls that seem to find an English guy (if not Western guy in general) somewhere on the scale between "intriguing" and "irresistible."
Being a product of such a marriage I guess I'm for it by default.
And growing up overseas and going to DoDD schools I have to say some of hottest girls in high school were half white half Japanese. (Think of a bunch of teenage Maria Ozawas).

Recently I was out and saw this adorable 20-something Asian (Like Above - a mixture of Asian and Caucasian) with the best face I have ever seen and a sexy tight body with an A-Cup chest (I love small breasted women). I am not Asian (Caucasian) and while Asian women are a "case by case" situation with me this one captivated me like no woman ever has of any race, color, etc. I asked her out because I knew I would regret it the rest of my life if I didn't ask her out.
