Which Dildo / Vibrator?

Hi all,

Quick question, especially for the lovely ladies of this site! I want to get my girlfriend a treat for Christmas - a nice new dildo or vibrator.

However, there are so many out there I've no idea what to get. She's already got a few bullet-type vibrators. I am wondering what is the best, most realistic, dildo or vibrator on the market? These Vac-u-Lock dildos look quite realistic.

I want to get her something kind of 7"/8"inches.

What do you think/recommend?

The picture you posted appears to just be an attachment, so if you get her that, you might want to make sure you get the item it's supposed to be attached to. I've actually never heard of the vac-u-lock, so unfortunately can't help you with that one.

Generally, my personal preference is vibrators, not plain dildos, and out of all the ones I've tried, my favorites have been rabbit style vibrators, bullets, and a few other miscellaneous toys. If you want to get her something realistic, I might recommend getting her an Eroskin or Real Feel dildo vibrator. They are the most realistic feeling toys out there, not just the way they look but how they feel. There's some on Sextoy.com, AdamandEve.com, and a ton on Amazon. I would recommend going to Amazon over the others.

However, the one downside to those is that they're not as powerful as I personally like, with the sleeve on anyway. The skin part is a sleeve, so you can take it off and use the vibrator that's inside if you want more intensity. But all girls are different, some like it less powerful than others, so she might like the sleeve.

Otherwise... You might also try Magic Wands, rabbits (most girls love rabbits), or other miscellaneous styles. Magic Wands and Hitachis are pretty damn powerful, so if she can handle it, get her one of those, she won't be disappointed

A vac u lock toy is made to be mounted to a strap on harness or a fuck machine so I wouldn't recommend that one unless you have something to mount it on. To me the best dildo's on the market are made by vixen creations because they are realistic feeling and made from 100% silicone so they are safe to use. Ah, but ultimately it's not really comparison of sex vs. toys, but penis vs. toys. Real part vs. fake part. A penis on it's own is going to be inferior. It's all of the stuff that goes into sex (which can also involve toys ) that ultimately makes it better, the whole being greater than the sum of it's parts.

Yeah they do tend to flip around and not be spot on. Suppose it may help to look online for a better brand rather than going to the store for cheap versions. You could also look into vibrating tongue toys, although I'm not sure how fun that would be for you. I've put vibrating dildos into my mouth before and it's a pretty strange sensation.

I don't know how you guys deal with the way girls taste. I personally think I taste kind of... sour. I don't like it. My boyfriend says he loves it, but I disagree. beware the "flesh like" materials. UR3, cyberskin, futurotic, every company has their own name for it. they have a bit of an off-putting smell especially when new, but more importantly, you gotta watch the lubes, and even more importantly, they can cause irritation to those sensitive. only water-based lube can be used, silicon will literally melt that material.

phthalates are another thing to look out for. bing it and find out why. you'll find those in a lot of cheaper toys and they stink too.

safest bet? pure silicon. again, silicon lube is a bad move with those, however, higher grade ones like from tantus say go for it.


last, mind the size. guys seems to get girls giant ones for some reason. they don't normally want that. especially too thick.


my advice? stick with a standard vibe. most girls are clitoral anyway. all the girls i know IRL stand by them.

As long as there's proper hygiene going on I've never found any issues there. I quite like going down, and am way more than willing to spend a bunch of time down there. As far as I'm concerned that's about the best kind of foreplay...
